Q. How do I find out more information about a Product?
A. Click on the 'i' button or on the picture next to the item you want and the item information page will load with more information about this item.
Q. Do you have all the products on the website in stock?
A. While we try to keep as many items in stock as possible, with several thousand items online we can't carry every one in stock - check the relevent item information page for estimated delivery times. Stock information is linked to our stock system, but this information can be slightly delayed. Stock information shown is for available free stock. If you already have an order, please check your order tracking page for details.
Q. Do you have larger pictures of an item?
A. The item information page for the item will usually include a larger picture of the product. Please note that we don't always have a picture of the specific colour or finish available. If you need any more information, our sales staff will be happy to help - just contact us.
Q. Do you have any second hand products on the site?
A. Any second hand items on Reidys.com will be clearly marked as such. Everything else listed on the site is brand new, direct from the supplier.
Q. What are the best sellers?
A. In some catagories, we've put together a list of our most popular items. We constantly monitor these items to make sure they are at the very lowest prices. We try to keep these in stock and available for immediate despatch.
Q. How can I pay?
A. We accept payment by credit or debit card and by cheque, and we now offer several finance options too. See our payment information for more details.
Shipping and delivery
Q. How do I find delivery times for a product?
A. Estimated delivery times are available on the product information page (Click on the 'i' button or on the picture next to the item). More delivery information can be found here. Delivery times are estimates based on the latest information at that time, and can be affected by availablity and shipping issues beyond our control.
Q. How do you deliver my order?
A. Most orders will be delivered by next working day courier as soon as the items are in stock.

Q. Do you charge for delivery?
A. The delivery charge is shown on the shopping basket page. Just click 'buy' to add an item and see the delivery charge (you can always remove the item later). If you order several items, the delivery charge will usually be much less than ordering seperately. More delivery information can be found here.
Q. Do you accept international orders?
A. We are now able to despatch orders outside the UK and Ireland, but there are extra delivery charges. Please contact us for more information.
Q. I haven't received a confirmation email
A. The email to confirm that we've received your order is sent automatically once you have placed an order, and normally arrives within a few minutes. If you haven't received the email, please check any junk mail or bulk mail folders, as some email filters (such as Hotmail's) may catch it.
Q. Can I collect the order from the shop myself?
A. You're welcome to call in to our shop in Blackburn. However, please note that prices in-store are generally higher than our online prices. Please contact us for more information.
Q. What do I do if items on my order are damaged or missing?
A. Please check your delivery note for any extra information, and fill in our online returns form as soon as possible. If your item has been damaged in transit we will collect it and send you a replacement as quickly as we can. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.
The shopping basket and checkout
Q. What is a shopping basket?
A. The shopping basket is the term www.reidys.com uses to describe the system that records the items you click 'BUY' on. You can see what is in your shopping basket by clicking on 'Shopping Basket' on the navigation bar.
When the shopping basket screen comes up you will be shown what you have selected to buy and the quantities. You can check to see if everything you want is in the list and that the quantity is correct for each item. If you change your mind and want to remove an item form the shopping basket then change the quantity of the item to 0. If you want more than one of a particular product then amend the quantity for that product to the number you want.
IMPORTANT: You must press the 'UPDATE' button after changing the quantities of any item, otherwise the changes WILL NOT take effect.
After you press 'UPDATE' the screen will update to include the changes you have made.
