What Reidys say...
"Make way for the most sophisticated range of digital amps on the market - the Blackstar Silverline series. It’s never been easier to dial up boutique valve amp style tones. Consisting of four combos, one head and a cab, the new Blackstar Silverlines represent some of the most advanced technology we’ve ever seen in guitar amplifiers. What only adds to that is the fact they’re incredibly easy to use. No menus, no screens - everything’s there in front of you to give you a massive range of incredible tones. Plus, just look at them!
Designed by the same team that designs many of Blackstar’s valve amps, the Silverline range takes up where the ID:Series left off, giving players the feel, response and dynamics of a valve amp in a flexible, yet user-friendly digital package. Combine your chosen preamp with your chosen power amp stage in the Response section, add some studio-quality effects into the mix, season with some of Blackstar’s famous ISF patent, and you’re ready to go, all via Celestion speakers."
With 2 x 100W of power, you’ve got plenty of volume to tackle pretty much any gigging scenario. The SHARC DSP that sits inside all the amps in the Silverline series gives you the response, feel, dynamics and sound of a valve amp, in a digital format. It’s incredibly easy to use, and the results genuinely are amazing. What’s particularly good about the stereo version is the effects section - on the non-stereo models, the effects sound amazing. On this, they’re even better. You can dial in stereo effects so that they completely fill the room. Sitting in front of the amp, you can get completely surrounded by the effects (my favourite is loads of reverb, with just a touch of chorus and delay). Like all the Silverlines, you can plug this into your computer to use it as a recording interface, or to further edit your sounds using Blackstar’s INSIDER software."
