Fender Player Series Alnico 2 Humbucking pickups

What Reidys say...

"Mexico: spicy food, hot weather, wonderful tequila. Another thing they do very well in Mexico is building a very high quality line of Fender guitars at stunningly reasonable prices. This is the new Player series, which has replaced the old Mexican Standard. Fender have made subtle improvements to the pickups and hardware, as well as adding a load of new finishes such as Sage Green and Buttercream. Don't worry if you are a traditionalist though, the old favourites like White and Sunburst are still there. Onto the pickups, the updated designs offer everything that has made Fender the go-to for everything from chimey, bright clean tones to percussive, tight overdrives. These guitars are built to offer versatility, easy playability and fantastic quality and they deliver on everything and more. Come in and try one today!

The Jazzmaster. The Master of Jazz. Known for its complex array of knobs and switches.... or is it? This Player Series does away with the frilly extras of the originals and refines everything to the bare essentials. What we are left with is the traditional quirky, offset body design and unique tremolo arrangement, which are paired with the less traditional humbuckers (with push/pull pot so you can get single-coil tones too), delivering a clear, powerful tone that makes this one of the most versatile Jazzmaster models around. In more recent years, the Jazzmaster has been adopted by the more alternative community, and with the fresh colour palettes offered here, this Player Jazzmaster retains the look as well as the feel of this classic Fender model. "

Alex Buckley, Guitar Expert

With a fat, thick sound all its own and sleek, elegant style, the Player Jazzmaster stands out under the spotlight. It’s an inspiring instrument with a flexible, authentic Fender tone—a voice that works with any kind of music. The Jazzmaster keeps turning up in the hands of musical visionaries and rebels; it’s the ideal foundation for your sound. Rugged, raw and powerful, this guitar is ready to throw down.

Courier Tracking

Most UK deliveries are shipped by our trusted courier, DPD. You'll receive an email with a delivery day, tracking and a one hour estimated delivery window on the morning of delivery. While we can't specify the time of the delivery, if it's not convenient, you can arrange directly with DPD for an alternative delivery date or request the parcel be left with a neighbour.

For heavier items, we usually ship UK deliveries by TNT. You will receive an email with tracking details when we ship your order.

Delivery to mainland UK addresses is free on all orders over £99. Delivery charges are based on the size and weight of your order and, in some cases, your location. A standard next working day carriage charge for UK mainland addresses is shown on the shopping basket page, but you can change delivery service later in the checkout.

Delivery Couriers

We use a few different delivery couriers, depending on the items being sent, your location, and the delivery service you've chosen:

  • Europe: Most orders will be shipped by DPD International. Delivery times and charges depend on your location - these charges will be displayed in the order basket.

Most orders will need to be signed for and we advise you make sure to check your parcel/s for any damage before signing. Redirection of an order after it's been dispatched may incur an extra charge from the courier.
