What Reidys say...

"The Excalibur Indus is a 'Super-Strat' style guitar, fitted with two vintage-flavoured humbuckers. Like all Vigiers, it's hand-made in France and is truly a high-performance instrument - you can feel the quality dripping from it the second you pick it up. The workmanship and quality are second to none - this is a guitar that's going to perform constantly, wherever you take it - be that the studio, the stage, or just at home.

The pickups are a pair of DiMarzio PAF Classics - these give you the warm, vintage tone that you might normally associate with late 50s era Les Pauls, but perhaps with just a touch more output. Dial back on the volume knob and they'll clean up nicely through an overdriven amp, but turn up full whack and they'll delivery an almighty punch. The 5-way selector also allows you to use the pickups as single coils, making it super versatile. As is standard with Vigiers, the Indus has a 10/90 system neck, made of 10% carbon and 90% maple (more info on the benefits of that here). Their unique tremolo system also means that you can whammy to your heart's content without worrying about it going out of tune.

The Vigier Indus is a great choice for someone looking for a high end guitar that's a little different, but doesn't want to compromise on quality, tone, or playability. I honestly can't recommend these guitars enough!"
