When you use our website, you may give us some personal data. We like to be as clear and as transparent as possible about how we use and protect your data.
We act as a controller of the personal data you give us, by ordering or by sending request forms, or by contacting us. We'll only ever ask for the information that we need, and we'll only use it for the purpose we state. All the order details we store are held on secure systems, and this information is located within the UK and European Union. Except for the conditions listed below or required by law, we don't give them to anyone else.
When you create an account on Reidys.com to order an item, we’ll ask for your name, address, phone number and email address. We also store your order details. We’ll only use those to process your orders and contact you about your orders. We may also invite you to provide feedback on your order.
When placing your order using our online checkout, we offer several choices on how to pay.
Whichever payment service you choose to process your payment, these services adhere to extremely strict security and privacy standards. You enter payment information directly using their secure systems, and for added security, we don’t have access to your full payment details. Depending on your choice of payment, the payment processors we currently use are Sagepay, Paypal, and V12 Finance (when using our finance options)
To get your order to you, we use several delivery partners as well as our own delivery team. Depending on the items and service you choose, we currently use DPD, TNT and the Royal Mail. To ship your parcel and provide you with tracking information, we give them your name and address and contact details. They use this information to deliver your parcel only.
We run an email newsletter to let you know about special offers, new products and news, and we’d love you to subscribe. This list is completely separate to your order details and Reidys account, and requires you to sign up separately. You will also need to reply to an email to confirm your consent to receive the newsletter.
If you have subscribed to our email newsletter, we will only send you relevant emails and won't pass your details onto anyone else. If you wish to stop receiving these emails you can either use the unsubscribe link you can find on each and every email, or just contact us.
